Key Features of PHANTOM

(Subcritical Water High-Speed Hydrolysis Treatment System)

About【PHANTOM】

Waste Management Challenges in Modern Society Marine pollution, plastic waste, dairy farming residues, and medical waste are just some of the pressing issues we face today. As a solution to these challenges, we propose the organic waste processing system, PHANTOM.

Using subcritical water technology, PHANTOM accelerates hydrolysis to process up to 3 tons of waste in approximately 30 minutes per cycle, depending on operator proficiency. It comes in four capacities: 3㎥, 2㎥, 1㎥, and 0.5㎥. For general household waste, processing takes about 15 minutes, with an additional time requirement for loading and unloading. Skilled operators can complete the entire process in about 30 minutes.

Example: For the 3-ton (3㎥) model, household waste processing takes around 15 minutes, plus an average loading and unloading time of 15 minutes, depending on the operator's skill level. This allows for two cycles per hour, processing up to 6 tons.

Traditional organic waste processing often causes contamination. However, PHANTOM minimizes environmental impact, emitting only CO₂ during boiler heating. Waste is processed in a sealed chamber utilizing "water and heat," and even medical waste is sterilized before disposal. This innovation resolves previous issues like air pollution and lengthy processing times.

Despite its advanced functionality, PHANTOM requires no additional fuel supply, making operational costs predictable and manageable. Maintenance is straightforward, involving periodic boiler inspections and gasket replacement approximately every 10 years. Compared to large-scale waste processing furnaces, PHANTOM offers significantly better cost efficiency as an organic waste processing solution.

Transforming Waste into a Brighter Future

PHANTOM processes only organic materials. Input options include food waste, agricultural residues, fish remains, wood chips, and similar items. These materials can be treated and reused as compost or feed.

Using the power of water and heat, the system sterilizes and breaks down large molecules, achieving approximately 60% volume reduction during processing. The resultant material serves as highly nutritious compost, suitable for agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock farming, promoting resource recycling as fertilizer or feed.

Additionally, PHANTOM can process general plastics in its sealed chamber. However, these outputs cannot be repurposed for compost or feed.

Our team of specialists designs the system tailored to each customer's usage requirements during a consultation. (Note: PHANTOM cannot process items like stones, glass, or metals.)

"Creating the Future from Discards 【PHANTOM】"

We are delighted to offer PHANTOM, our cutting-edge system for organic waste processing, to our international clients. Below, you will find a concise summary of PHANTOM's key features, including its advantages for the environment. We hope you find this information useful.

First of all, please understand

1. The operating time is 15 minutes, and normal household waste can be processed.

2. The time for putting in and taking out the waste is not included.this is very important treatment time

3. It is safer to calculate the time for about 20-22 hours per day.

If you are not used to it, you will definitely waste time putting it in and taking it out. Therefore, please calculate that it will process 3 tons twice in 1 hour firstly (possible to treat 6tons) due to situation of putting in time and 130 tons per machine per day. Once you get used to it, you will be able to process 140 tons. However, because there are individual differences in the time and amount of waste input, the amount of waste processed is proportional to these. They input and process waste in shifts of 20hours or more, so we can handle 120 to 140 tons. We are on-site and provide accurate advice based on a firm grasp of the local situation.

4. Basically, stones, metals, glass, etc. cannot be processed.

5. About 65% of the input amount is taken out. Food waste, livestock manure, etc. can be used as the best compost. Therefore, it is ideal for agriculture and fishing as a secondary industry.
